Biography

He has more than 15 years of professional experience. He started his career in a renowned law firm and as in-house counsel for leading companies in their respective industries. In January 2016, he founded Ivanchov & Partners. Over his extensive career, he has advised and represented a significant number of clients. He actively consults companies in the technology, IT, outsourcing, gaming, gambling, and cryptocurrency sectors on legal matters related to their operations.

Selected experience:

• Participated in the liquidation of a water supply and sewerage company with receivables exceeding 10 million EUR;

• Counsel to a construction company executing large-scale infrastructure projects;

• Acted as trusted legal advisor in franchise negotiations in 2016 in Valencia, Spain, with an international company operating across five continents;

• Successfully conducted court proceedings for the recovery of 500 000 EUR on behalf of a Serbian company;

• Legal consultant to a Hungarian company on introducing and promoting a product on the Bulgarian market in compliance with Bulgarian and European competition and consumer-protection law;

• Represented a leasing company before the Supreme Administrative Court in an appeal of a tax audit act involving a material interest exceeding 400 000 EUR.
